Very interesting roaster concept - I've been eyeing the bread machines at my local thrift store for some time (and the one in the corner of my kitchen...) wondering how to roast coffee with it. I know, it's an illness. I'm curious as to your choice of the pizza pan under the taller pan? What made you decide to use the pizza pan? Thanks for sharing!
